Emma Stone says her boyfriend and Spider-Man costar Andrew Garfield is such a good actor she doesn’t know if she’s dating an older man or a toyboy!
Easy-A beauty Emma says she is stunned at her man’s ability to act like a big kid — a talent he first displayed on the set of The Amazing Spider-Man.
“I don’t know how to explain it but Andrew is Peter Parker,” says Emma of Spidey’s alter-ego. “I have never seen any actor that I have worked with do it the way that he does. I have never been in that experience before where in a split second he goes from 27 to 17-years-old. It really is amazing.”
Once a month, Moviefone unveils a new edition of Unscripted, a video series where actors sit down and answer questions that you, the fans, submit. Well, for The Amazing Spider-Man, we’ve decided to do something a little different.
This June, Moviefone is giving “Spider-Man” fans a chance to speak with Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone directly. The stars of the upcoming superhero flick will be sitting down for a live chat with Spidey followers over Google Plus video hangout on June 8, meaning you’ll get to ask Andrew and Emma your question face-to-face.
In order to participate, all you have to do is this: Tell us what makes you the biggest Spider-Man – or Andrew Garfield or Emma Stone – fan. Those who are selected will have access to a live video chat with two of Hollywood’s biggest stars.
You can leave your answer in the comments below, on Twitter or on Facebook. You’ll have until June 4 at 5:00 p.m. EST to submit your answers. (Only one answer per person, folks!) The final video will go live closer to the release date of the film.

Webb’s right about that. The Amazing Spider-Man is more focused on Peter Parker as an existential teen loner, grappling with the mystery of what happened to his dead father. Another difference is a new love interest for our wall-crawler. Mary Jane Watson is out, Emma Stone’s Gwen Stacy is in. For those unfamiliar with the Spidey comics, Gwen is Peter’s first true love. Garfield and Stone had never met before she auditioned for the part. But the actress says she and her costar had immediate chemistry — which quickly sparked into an offscreen romance.
“A lot of our scenes are scripted,” says Stone. “But there are moments that aren’t, where we were able to find whatever it was we were looking for playing two kids who were falling in love for the first time.” Somewhat guardely, Garfield adds, “Being with Emma was just as fun as swinging through buildings, because it felt like the same amount of exhilaration. I don’t know about chemistry. That’s a scientific word and unquantifable. As soon as you start to define it, it evaporates.”
