Emma Stone and Andrew Garfield had their arms around each other for a stroll in NYC yesterday. The couple headed out in the Chelsea neighborhood to pick up coffees and sit for a bit on a stoop. Andrew and Emma are both prepping for the Summer release of their blockbuster The Amazing Spider-Man. They’ll both have quite a bit of press to do in the run to its debut on July 3. Despite all that looming work, Andrew actually just made his Broadway debut on Thursday. He’s starring opposite Philip Seymour Hoffman in a Mike Nichols-directed adaptation of Arthur Miller’s Death of a Salesman. Andrew recently spoke about the exposure he’s getting from doing the play and the Spider-Man movie. Andrew Garfield joked he’s planning to run away from all the attention, saying, “I think I might move to Big Sur, turn off all my appliances . . . It’s difficult because I’m sensitive and I need to take care of myself. It’s hard to take someone saying “Ehhh” about you. But it’s part of the job, I guess, and you kind of have to have such a strong sense of yourself, know your flaws, know your strengths, know you’re human and not take any of it personally, which is the hardest job in the world.”
